We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not tipped due to poor handling and plants are all healthy. You’ll also need the email receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at using the Contact Form or via direct message on social media accounts. Please quote your order number when contacting which you will find in your email receipts. If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange a pick-up/drop-off date. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure to do so within 12 hours due to the nature of our products otherwise you’ll not be eligible for it. All items are delivered or collected in person and we encourage you to inspect the item in the first instance to ensure you are 100% satisfied.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Usually we do not accept returns for changes of mind, so please make sure that you’re 100% happy with the plant choice and the type of container before purchase. However if you’re not happy with the item or you bought it for someone else and the person who received the item isn’t happy, please get in touch as soon as you can within seven days from purchased date for exchange possibility for the same value or higher.
